Hölzel Stanz- and Feinwerktechnik GmbH & Co. KG has its registered office in Wildberg/Black Forest for more than 50 years now and employs a workforce of 70. Most of them have been trained in the company itself.

The family-owned business develops and manufactures high-performance precision tools. Its special automatic stamping machines achieve an operating speed of up to 4 000 strokes/min during the production process. When designed and run as a three-line configuration, the output will amount to 720 000 stampings/hour (or: 66 strokes/sec X 3-fold falling = 198 parts/sec).

Other special business segments are tools for joining and feeding processes and techniques (such as rivets, springs etc.), single-step tools for the automotive industry as well as high-precision tools for parts with an accuracy of up to 2 micron, as they are required in the watch-making industry.

Hölzel has developed an innovative solution in the field of stamping and stack production by which the productivity has been increased by 100 % as compared with conventional stamping and stacking tools, where a production speed of up to 1 400 strokes/min can be achieved.

At the customer's request, Hölzel will undertake the production in series which includes the associated logistic, i.e. the acquisition of material, the electroplating, the product-specific packaging, the safe shipping and the timely delivery. In its capacity as a system supplier Hölzel supplies assemblies.

The company counts among its customers manufacturers of electrical and electronic components for the automotive industry, for data and telecommunication, for the aviation and space industries, manufacturers of electrical parts for kitchen and household appliances as well as the Hi-fi, watch making and consumer goods industries.
